This web site is for collectors of matchbox labels and associated material. It has no connection with matchbox model cars or any die cast models.

  Introduction to
 Published Books

The pages on this  area of the site are primarily here to promote books and  publications that have been published over the years and for  those who have read or used them to give their own personal  critique. 

They are not here to promote primarily the sale of any book or publication but to inform and advise visitors to the site that such books and  publications exist in the "global domain".  However, where they are still in print or copies are still available, such information will also be displayed.

If you can answer yes to any of the questions above, then I would really like to hear from you.

I have started this  section of the site by displaying details of a few of the books  I hold in my own library.  Whilst I have many more that I  can list and display, I would really like to promote the  existence of publications either held by fellow collectors or physically written by authors.

The books can be in draft or published.  They can be on a single topic or a variety of topics (providing it covers some aspect of the  hobby).

Do you have any  publications that you can write a review on?

Please note that  books from any country and written in any language are welcome on these pages and overseas writers, compilers and editors are actively encouraged to promote their publications here.

I would therefore be particularly interested in hearing from collectors around the world who could review publications produced in their local  language.  Whilst the review would ideally be written in English, it is appreciated that not everyone can read or write English and therefore a review in the the language of the person submitting it is more than acceptable. 

I will be listing more publications on these pages from my own library as time permits, but in the meantime, I will be happy to hear from other collectors around the world.
